1. What Chehkhabar provides
Chehkhabar is a search and reputation index over product listings published in Telegram channels whose owners opted in to being listed. We display listings, seller profiles, community ratings, and reviews. We are not a party to any sale: we do not process payments, hold funds in escrow, guarantee delivery, or arbitrate disputes between buyers and sellers.
2. Listings are third-party content
Product data (titles, prices, images, descriptions) is extracted automatically from seller channels and may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Prices shown are those posted by the seller at crawl time and can change without notice. Always confirm price, availability, and terms directly with the seller before paying.
3. Accounts
You sign in with your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity performed with your login. We store your Telegram ID, username, display name, and profile photo to operate the service; we never receive your phone number or private messages.
4. Reviews and ratings
Ratings are 1 to 5 stars with a written review of 10 to 2000 characters, limited to one review per shop per user and five reviews per day. Reviews can be edited within 24 hours of posting and deleted by their author or by moderators. Reviews must reflect a genuine buying experience: spam, extortion, self-reviews, and coordinated review campaigns are removed and can lead to account suspension. Verified shop owners may post one public reply per review; owners cannot delete reviews.
5. Shop verification
Shop ownership is verified by posting a one-time code in the claimed channel. Verification proves control of the channel at that moment, not the quality or legality of goods sold. A verified seal is not an endorsement by Chehkhabar.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or bulk-export the catalog, probe or overload the service, misrepresent ownership of a channel, or use Chehkhabar to list or promote goods that are illegal in your jurisdiction. We may remove listings, revoke verification, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Channel owner opt-out
Channel owners can request de-listing at any time via the Telegram bot. De-listed channels stop being crawled and their listings are hidden from search.
8. Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chehkhabar is not liable for losses arising from transactions with sellers found through the platform, from inaccurate listing data, or from service downtime.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the platform; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
